Coming just one day after the iOS 12, macOS Mojave 10.14, watchOS 5, and tvOS 12 beta 5 releases, which are only available to registered developers through Apple's developer portal, and two week after the third public beta release, the public beta 4 update launches today for public beta testers on iOS 12, macOS Mojave 10.14, and tvOS 12.
It happened much faster than we expected, which means that Apple thoroughly tested this new public beta release that's based on the developer beta 5 builds. This also means that the iOS 12, macOS Mojave 10.14, and tvOS 12 public beta 4 update includes the same changes and improvements as the developer beta 5 release.

Those of you running the iOS 12 public beta 3 release can update to the iOS 12 public beta 4 right now via OTA (Over-the-Air) updates by opening the Settings app, going to the General section, and accessing the Software Updates area. There, you'll see the iOS 12 public beta 4 update, so download and install it on your device.
Mac users wanting to update their Macs to the macOS Mojave 10.14 public beta 4 release can install the new beta version via the Software Update utility in Preferences. On the other hand, tvOS users can update to tvOS 12 public beta 4 by going to Settings -> System -> Software Update.
