Samsung already made the official introduction of a bunch of laptops, but its new line of products extends into the monitor segment as well, where three SyncMaster devices are ready to head out.

Samsung is no doubt getting as ready as can be for the appeal it has scheduled for tomorrow (August 25, 2011).

The ban on the Galaxy Tab in Europe has been lifted, though not completely, and tomorrow will determine whether the product is again given free reign to sell.

In the meantime, the outfit has been going about its other businesses, releasing five, colorful notebooks, preparing MeeGo-loaded netbooks and even entering a partnership with Universal Display.

It turns out that the company isn't done yet, having also finished development of three SyncMaster monitors.

Their main asset is easily the use of Super PLS (Plane to Line Switching) panels, which grant viewing angles of 178 degrees both horizontally and vertically.

The company made an official announcement in South Korea to announce this new move, providing the essential information on the specifications.

They are named S27A850, S24A650 and S24A350T, have prices which, in won, are the rough equivalent of $1,100, $545 and $277, respectively. The members of the trio also have a diagonal length of 27 inches.

The native resolution of the S24A650 and S24A350T is 1,920 x 1,080 pixels (Full HD), while the third and better one features 2560 x 1440 pixels support.

Furthermore, PiP (picture in picture) functionality is included, as is a contrast ratio of 3,000:1, light and motion sensors and, as part of the product bundle, Samsung's Eco Saving features, for 20-50% energy savings under certain circumstances.

Needless to say, the newcomers utilize LED backlighting, a technology that has almost completely passed the point where it had any pricing disadvantage compared to CCFL (cold cathode fluorescent lights).
