Mobile phone users in South Korea have now yet another clamshell device to consider when thinking about going shopping for one, namely the Motorola MOTO V10. The new 2G flipper comes with a Tandem Display technology, while sporting two screens, one on each side of the flip. In addition, it also sports a uniquely designed gradation of black and red.

The new mid-level clamshell comes with support for CDMA 1X/EV-DO Release 0 networks, while featuring about the same style as all the Motorola mobile phones that have been included in the RAZR family, though there are no specific details about the handset being included into the same series.

One thing that is sure though is that it comes with a square navigation pad that is not a common feature for Motorola handsets. In addition, the MOTO V10 also includes a 2.2-inch internal TFT display that can offer a 240 x 320 pixel resolution, while the external 2-inch one sports a 240h320 point resolution.

The new Motorola MOTO V10 flipper includes a 2-megapixel photo snapper, along with a 256MB internal memory, a microSD memory card slot that can offer support for up to 2GB of additional storage space, Bluetooth 1.2 Class 2 connectivity, microUSB port and GPS navigation (sGPS / aGPS) capabilities.

The handset also includes a series of other features, such as a media player with support for AAC+, AAC, H.263, H.264, MPEG-4, MP3, MIDI and MOD / VOD file formats, or a series of applications like Calculator, Alarm clock, Notes, Recorder, World Clock. The phone weighs 123gr and includes a 740 mAh battery.

According to Motorola, the new MOTO V10 will become available in Korea in the following weeks, though no details on the price tag it should feature have been disclosed so far.
