Gym. Tan. Money. Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino from “Jersey Shore” may as well adapt his GTL motto to suit his millionaire condition: a new report suggests that he makes over $5 million a year, thanks to the MTV reality show.

As we also noted earlier today, the “central core” of the “Jersey Shore” cast got significant raises ahead of the fourth season of the show.

Snooki, JWoww, Pauly D and The Situation will now pocket $100,000 per episode of the new season, not including bonuses and whatever public appearances and endorsement deals they get on the side, Entertainment Weekly reports.

At the same time, EW also drops this bomb: it pays to be The Situation, because he pockets an estimated $5 million.

Of course, The Sitch is more than a reality star: he also has a line of clothes; he’s done some rapping as well, putting out a single; and he has a workout DVD.

He also makes a lot of money with endorsement deals and public appearance fees, which is just one of the many things they should be thankful to MTV for.

In September last year, for instance, when he’d just made his debut on Dancing With the Stars, The Situation was demanding $100,000 to show up at parties and pose on the red carpet.

Granted, the report was never confirmed, but it did say that he’d come to the conclusion he was justified to ask for this much money after seeing how well the public responded to him on DWTS

In the future, the best known guido of reality television may even start making more money, because he has no plans of fading into oblivion after the MTV show that launched him is done.

On the contrary, he may branch out in music (with a full album, not just a single) and movie, as The Situation himself revealed in an interview from last summer.

“This is just a way into the door for me. Reality is a stepping stone for me. Being one of the biggest names in reality or the country or the world or whatever, I definitely want to start moving into scripted and films in another year or two,” he said, as we also reported at the time.
