Another Philips Xenium handset has made it to the Web these days, the X810, which follows the recently spotted X700 and X530 mobile phones. For what it's worth, it is a good thing that we see more of the company’s handsets come to the market, especially given the fact that the new device, Philips Xenium X810, is reported to be a phone relatively different from the rest of the handsets gathered under the brand name.

For starters, we should mention that the new Philips Xenium X810 comes around with a TFT touchscreen display that is able to provide a 240 x 400 pixel resolution, as well as support for 262K colors. In addition, the new device also includes a navigation pad that could also include touch-sensitive features.

At the same time, the Xenium X810 handset also includes a long-lasting battery, which should be able to offer its users about a month of standby time. The new mobile phone seems to feature rather nice looks, although it is not as impressive as some of the mid-to-high-end handsets that are currently available on the market.

A quick look at the specification list of the new device shows it as featuring quad-band GSM connectivity with EDGE, although no 3G capabilities are present, a 3.2-megapixel photo snapper that also includes flash, as well as Bluetooth and USB connectivity options.

The new Philips Xenium X810 sports a Media player, 45MB of internal memory and a MicroSDHC memory card slot for additional storage space. The device measures 104 x 52 x 14.4 mm and weighs 100 grams. It seems that it might first see the sunlight in China, where it could replace the X800, yet no specific information on the release date of the new mobile phone is available at the moment.
