Delivering reviews, news, features and Gamer Diaries

It’s the first day of September but the reviews the Games department of Softpedia is delivering are still from August: The Bureau: XCOM Declassified, a rather bad take on the familiar universe that Firaxis has already explored, Rayman Legends, a platformer with some pretty intense sections, and Lost Planet 3, the ice planet romp from Capcom.

We also have the traditional Weekend Reading features: one about the way Splinter Cell: Blacklist separates between play styles and another about Gamescom.

We also have the final installments of the Gamer Diary dealing with Europa Universalis IV, the grand strategy title from Paradox Interactive.

Finally, our EndWeekGame piece talks about how we plan to spend our time and we also have a selection of the most important news from the past week.
