The Xbox One is going to launch in late November, according to the rules of a new campaign organized by Doritos and Mountain Dew in collaboration with Microsoft.

The Xbox One next-gen console is set to make its debut sometime in November and, because Microsoft isn't willing to commit to an actual date, lots of rumors concerning the release of the device have appeared.

The latest report comes from a contest organized by Mountain Dew and Doritos called "Every 2 Minutes" which will see those who buy select items get a chance to win a Xbox One every 2 minutes.

The rules of the campaign's website states that the consoles will actually ship to winners between 12 and 14 weeks after they are notified because the Xbox One is going to launch in late November 2013.

The actual contest begins on November 5.

As of yet, neither Microsoft nor Mountain Dew/Doritos has commented on this report.
