Earlier this month, Sony released the Xperia XZs in the US and now the company is prepared to make two new smartphones available. The Xperia XA1 and Xperia L1 will arrive in the US in exactly one week.

Mid-ranger Xperia XA1 was announced during the Mobile World Congress in February, alongside the Xperia XZs and XZ Premium. The latter was made available in black and silver color options and it recently received a new hue, Bronze Pink.

Xperia XA1 will release on May 1 with a price tag of $299.99 and it will be available at Amazon, B&H, Best Buy, Fry’s, and other retailers. The smartphone will be offered in white, black, pink and gold color options.

It’s worth mentioning that both the Xperia XA1 and the Xperia L1 will be made available unlocked and will be compatible with AT&T and T-Mobile, but not Verizon and Sprint. Xperia L1 will be offered in black, white and pink colors.

Orders for Xperia L1 are already live on Amazon

The Xperia L1 is already available on Amazon with a price tag of $199.99, but shipping is set to start next month. The L1 has a larger display compared to the Xperia XA1, featuring a 5.5-inch 720p screen compared to a 5-inch screen with 720p resolution.

But the Xperia XA1 features more powerful internals with an octa-core MediaTek Helio P20 processor, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, compared to a quad-core MediaTek MT6737T chipset, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of memory on the Xperia L1. Both smartphones run Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box and the XA1 will feature a 23MP rear camera with phase detection, laser autofocus and LED flash.

The selfie snapper has a capacity of 8MP with f/2.0 aperture and the smartphone draws power from a 2,300mAh battery, compared to the 2,620mAh juicer on the Xperia L1.
