Sony unveiled the Xperia X series back in February, during the Mobile World Congress. Today, it seems that Sony has finally made the Xperia X available in multiple countries in Europe. However, only fans in the UK, Germany, Spain, Italy, Sweden and Poland will be able to get their hands on the new device while others will have to go through the pre-order stage.

Most countries will get all color variants of the Xperia X, namely white, black, rose gold and lime gold. Fans in the United Kingdom will be able to get the device for $662 (€592), but the Lime Gold option won’t be present.

The handset will cost $669 (€599), with all four color variants available. The prices appear on Sony’s official website in various countries, which means that once third-party retailers get their hands on the Xperia X, it’s possible that better deals will emerge.

Xperia X is available for pre-order in most European countries

Sony’s Xperia X is available for pre-order in numerous countries, including Finland, Hungary, Austria, Norway, Greece, Portugal, and the Czech Republic.

In addition, Sony will make the Xperia X available in the US starting June 26 while the Xperia X Performance and Xperia XA will undergo pre-order beginning June 19 and are expected to hit stores on July 17. The Xperia XA Ultra will be offered for purchase on July 24.

At the time of its launch back in February, Sony’s Xperia X was a strong contender to other flagships on the market. It comes with a 5-inch HD 1080p display with Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 and 3GB of RAM and features 32GB of internal memory and the option to add up to 200GB more.

Xperia X has a battery capacity of 2,620mAh and runs Android Marshmallow 6.0.1. The rear camera has a capacity of 23MP while the front one comes with 13MP. The smartphone boasts a fingerprint sensor and has IP68 certification.
