Microsoft is expected to announce a new Windows 10 Mobile in Q1, but an exact release date hasn't been confirmed yet.

Although previous rumors claimed the Lumia 650 would be officially unveiled on February 1, Microsoft has yet to introduce the smartphone.

We reported to you several times in the last couple of days about the Lumia 650's listing at various retailers across Europe, which put different prices on the budget-friendly handset.

Today, new information coming from WMPU suggests the Lumia 650 will be available in France through major carrier Orange.

A release date is not available at the moment, but the carrier-branded Lumia 650 will come preloaded with Orange Gameloft Hub, Orange Consumer Cloud, Dailymotion, Orange Et Moi, and Orange TV.

These apps and services will be part of the operating system, so users will not be able to uninstall some of them (if not all).

A bit pricey for what it has to offer

In the same piece of news, it appears that Lumia 650 will be available in Central Europe for around €220, which isn't as cheap as we've expected considering the phone's low-end specs.

Aside from the fact that it comes with Windows 10 Mobile operating system right out of the box, we have also learned that the Lumia 650 will sport a 5-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports HD (720p) resolution.

For the time being, it's unclear what chipset will power the Lumia 650, but rumor has it that Microsoft will opt for either a Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 or a Snapdragon 212 processor.

There's no word on the amount of memory, but there's a high chance the phone will pack 1GB of RAM and either 8GB or 16GB of storage expandable up to 128GB via microSD card slot.

Also, the smartphone is said to be powered by a 2,000 mAh battery, and it will come with Glance Screen support. While the smartphone will include a rear-facing camera, it will not feature a dedicated camera button.
