We have reported earlier today that Lumia 950 XL is available for pre-order in the United States via Microsoft Store and those who purchase the smartphone might be eligible for a free Display Dock worth $99.

Unlike the Lumia 950 XL, the Lumia 950 is still not available for pre-order at Microsoft Store US, though customers will be able to purchase it from AT&T later today.

The major carrier announced that Lumia 950 would be available online on November 17 and at brick and mortar stores on November 20.

However, customers who wish to purchase the unlocked version of the Lumia 950 will have to wait a few more days for Microsoft Store to make it available.

No promotional offers in tow

The good news is Microsoft confirmed that all Lumia 950 pre-orders made through its online store would ship by November 25, which means customers might receive their smartphones by the end of this month.

There are no promotional offers available with the purchase of Lumia 950, so if you want a free Display Dock, you will have to go for the Lumia 950 XL instead. Keep in mind that the latter won't be offered by any US carriers, at least for a while.

Microsoft hasn't made any announcements regarding the availability of the Lumia 950 at its online store, but customers who want to know when the smartphone arrives in stock can register their emails.

Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL are the first smartphones to come preloaded with Windows 10 Mobile operating system right out of the box. A third device, Lumia 550, will be launched on the market in early December.

Microsoft is expected to release Windows 10 Mobile in the next couple of weeks, and the first updates should hit Lumia smartphones powered by Windows Phone 8.1 sometime in December.
