After AT&T had revealed it would start selling the Lumia 950 beginning November 17, Microsoft Store US put the other Windows 10 smartphone, Lumia 950 XL, on sale.

Microsoft Lumia 950 XL won't be available at any carriers in the United States, at least for a while, but customers can purchase one directly from Microsoft Store.

The Redmond-based company also offers a free Display Dock for the Windows 10 smartphone, valued at $99.

Those who wish to purchase the flagship smartphone can do so beginning today for $650 outright. As mentioned earlier, the unlocked version of Lumia 950 XL that you purchase at Microsoft Store also contains a free Display Dock.

US customers get their phones by the end of this month

According to Microsoft, deliveries for Lumia 950 XL pre-orders will begin on November 25, so customers should have their phones by the end of this month.

Keep in mind that in order to benefit from the promotional offer that allows you to receive a free Display Dock offer, you will need a special code.

“To obtain your promotional code, you must activate your device, and sign in to the Lumia Offers App on your eligible Microsoft Lumia phone with a Microsoft account on or before January 31, 2016.”

Microsoft also confirms that customers who receive the promotional code can redeem it on the Microsoft Store US website and get the Display Dock for free. To receive the code, you must purchase the Lumia 950 XL via the Lumia Offers app.

However, the promotional offer is time-limited, so you can only redeem the code by February 29, 2016, otherwise you will lose the free Display Dock.

It's also worth mentioning that both Lumia 950 XL color versions, black and white, are now available for purchase at Microsoft Store US.
