This week, the review department of Softpedia Games is delivering long-form evaluations for Volume, the new video game from Mike Bithell, the fourth episode of the Tales from the Borderlands series from Telltale Games, Trine 3, and DiscStorm.

From Monday to Friday

On Monday, 343 Industries offered more information on the HUD design for the characters included in Halo 5: Guardians, while CD Projekt explained that it would not offer any other modding tools for The Witcher 3.

On Tuesday, Microsoft delivered a major update for the Xbox One app on Windows 10, which enables high-quality streaming, and Remedy delivered more information about the live action show in Quantum Break.

On Wednesday, Sledgehammer Games announced it was adding three new weapons on August 25 to Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, while Blizzard revealed the launch date and more details on the Grand Tournament expansion for Hearthstone.

Moving on, on Thursday, Rockstar revealed that the Editor for GTA V was coming to the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4 in the next update and EA Sports offered more information about the improvements introduced in FIFA 16.

On Friday, more information on the future of Destiny was revealed and the changelog for the first interim patch of Batman: Arkham Knight on PC was presented by Rocksteady.

Saturday brought the news that the Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 PS4 multiplayer beta is available for all owners of the Sony console, not to mention more details about Forza Motorsport 6's Mods system.
