Trinket Software has recently updated its Twikini Twitter client to version 1.0, pulling the software solution out of its Beta status, but also making a major change to the applications and removing the free tag it came to the world with. The Twikini Twitter client has had a short life until now, as it is only a little more than a month old, yet it seems that it already managed to impress a few people on the web.

Moreover, the company has removed some of the existent beta bugs from the solution, added a couple of new features and fixed the application's issues, which means that the Twikini Twitter client can now impress even more.

What the application offers users includes fast load time and increased performance, a simple, uncluttered, and customizable user interface, a full screen editor that enables users to post tweets, location settings, the capability to send and receive Direct Messages or Twitpic integration, offering the possibility to post photos with status updates.

The feature list of the software solution includes a lot more functionalities, such as Read status updates, which also allows users to quickly reply, retweet, favorite, or email other people's tweets, integration with Windows Media Player, or compatibility with all Windows Mobile handsets, including both touch and non-touch phones.

The Twikini 1.0 is available for a 14-day trial and works on all Windows Mobile releases, (5 through 6.5, Standard or Pro). Those who would like to purchase the application will have to pay $4.95 for it, and they will also receive another Trinket app for free. The solution is available for use in the business area as well, only that it costs $9.95 in this case.

At the same time, it seems that the company is also giving the app for free to bloggers. Those who would like to try Twikini 1.0 on their WinMo-powered handsets can also find it available for download on Softpedia, via this link. More details on the application can be found on Trinket Software's website.
