Samsung has presented its T-DMB phone model SPH-B2300 at the 2nd International ComBCon (Communication and Broadcasting Convergence Exhibition & Conference).

This CDMA handset can rotate 180-degrees and features satellite DMB broadcasting reception, as well as BIFS (Binary Format for Scene) technology, that allows the user to interact with the TV programming. BIFS (Binary Format for Scene) satellite DMB data communication solution helps users to find more information about a particular thing in the screen while watching TV programs.

Together with BIFS solution, Samsung has completed the development of total solutions for data broadcasting for satellite DMB phones such as text communication service (DLS), slide show service (SLS), and broadcasting web service (BWS). The SPH-B2300 also features a 262k color TFT LCD (QVGA) display, MP3 playback, video-on-demand, TV-output, EV-DO, IrDA, and PictBridge for mobile printing. The TV Out function allows users to view their mobile TV on a real TV. The phone also features a 2.0 megapixel camera for digital photos and external memory card slot microSD.

The SPH-B2300 will be available in December for KTF subscribers in the Korean region.
