Samsung Telecommunications announced the availability of the SGH-d357, a premiere product from Cingular Wireless for its highly anticipated Push To Talk service. SGH-d357 offers users "walkie-talkie" style communication, for quick and easy connectivity in an attractive and multi-functional device. The d357's Push To Talk feature allows users to connect to one person or to a group of people instantly with the touch of a button. With the phone's Bluetooth wireless technology, users can pair with or exchange data wirelessly between the phone and a Bluetooth-enabled computer, PDA or Samsung Bluetooth headset.

Equipped to act as a wireless modem device to connect to a laptop, the d357 allows users to surf the Web and check e-mail, all while traveling from one meeting to the next. With the d357's advanced voice recognition technology, users can speak phone numbers to dial, as well as launch applications, hands- free. It is fully customizable with games, HiFi Ringers, MegaTones, and wallpapers. The SGH-D357 also features multimedia messaging service (MMS), a powerful large 65K color LCD display (128 x 160 px) and integrated handsfree speakerphone.

The d357 is available at Cingular Wireless retail stores, in select markets throughout the U.S., at the special price of two for $99.99 USD.
