Mobile phone carrier Verizon Wireless is gearing up for the release of Samsung Fascinate, its own version of Galaxy S and some more details on the handset's price tag have just emerged into the wild.

It seems that Big Red would plan on making the new handset available for purchase on its airwaves for $199.99 upon the signing of a two-year contract agreement, but nothing has been officially confirmed on this for the time being.

In all fairness, there are little chances that Verizon would price the Fascinate differently, especially since T-Mobile and AT&T had their own versions of the device priced the same.

However, it seems that Verizon would still have a surprise in store for its customers, as it is reportedly planning the inclusion of the new device in its highly popular BOGO promotion.

While no official details on this emerged, those of you already familiar with Verizon's BOGO certainly know that it enables users buy one device from the carrier and get another one for free, with the signing of a contract agreement for each of the handsets.

No official confirmation on the matter emerged for the time being, but chances are that it would all be unveiled in the near future, especially since Verizon is expected to launch the phone on September 9.

For what it's worth, it seems that the only thing that is currently missing from the picture is the Fascinate itself, especially now that more rumors on its launch date and pricing have made it into the wild.

Until more is made available on this, we should take a look at some other news involving the high-end Android-based device.

Courtesy of a full Fascinate system dump, the ringtones and wallpapers that should be included with the device were made available on the Android Central forums, a recent article on the news site reads.

Hopefully, Verizon is indeed set to make the Fascinate available on its airwaves in less than a week from now, especially since the Galaxy S has managed to prove a popular device at other carriers in the US.
