On the expanding market of DMB (Digital Media Broadcasting) handsets, Curitel comes with an interesting idea in order to increase the popularity of these devices. Now, the PT-L1800 comes with its own remote control. This enables users to sit back and relax while flicking channels easily from the distance. The cellphone includes a TV out / PC out connection, in case you find the display image too small, and offers TV capture functions.

An useful addition is a rotating megapixel camera, with a flash that rotates along with the lens, allowing users to shoot pictures in any direction. Other features of the handset are an MP3 player, speakerphone, GPS system, T-flash memory card.

It seems that Curitel doesn't plan to release the phone in US in the near future.
