On Tuesday, wireless carrier O2 UK announced officially the upcoming availability of Motorola ES400 on its airwaves. The new device was added to its offering for all of O2's business and corporate customers, and can offer all the necessary tools for people to complete their job.

The new Motorola ES400 was developed so as to offer a great deal of productivity capabilities, with a 3-inch touchscreen display and a full QWERTY keyboard.

Moreover, the new device comes with a built in loudspeaker, as well as with a ruggedized design, as it was meant to be the companion for those workers who are on the road at all times.

The new mobile phone runs under Microsoft's Windows Mobile 6.5 operating system and packs enterprise-class security, as well as a nice range of connectivity options to offer an enhanced experience to all users.

The Motorola ES400 comes with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity options, as well as with a battery that can offer up to 6 hours of talk time or up to 250 hours of standby time.

The specifications list of the new device also includes:

Those O2 business and corporate customers who would like to purchase the new Motorola ES400 should contact their account manager, the wireless carrier announced.

At the same time, the company unveiled that the new Windows Mobile rugged device would sport a replacement list price (RLP) of £426.

“The three inch touch screen, full keyboard and built in loudspeaker all add up to make a phone built for life on the road. And with a ruggedized design, tested to US military standards, hitting the road may not be the end of the world,” the company notes.
