A new rugged device has been added to AT&T's offering today, namely the Motorola ES400, a durable handset designed as an enterprise mobile computer that can withstand tough environments for workers on the go.

The new device comes to AT&T's airwaves with the feel an look of any tradition smartphone, while packing inside the durability and security that any enterprise mobile computer would include.

Through the new device, mobile managers can run business-critical voice and data applications on the carrier's mobile broadband network.

Moreover, the new Motorola ES400 was designed so as to withstand dust, shock, vibration, rain, humidity, solar radiation, altitude and temperature extremes.

The new smartphone runs under the Windows Embedded Handheld platform, offering great functionality and enabling businesses and organizations enhance their productivity for their field workers.

Not to mention that it comes with support for AT&T’s robust mobile applications for businesses and organizations.

On top of that, the new device sports a customizable user interface, and support for photo, video, barcode and document capturing.
