Apparently there's more to just being at the man's side

Prepare yourself to laugh so hard that your belly will burst and you're going to need an operation afterwards. Uwe Boll, movie director extraordinaire is making a movie based on Crytek's first-person shooter for Xbox, GameCube and PS2, Far Cry. Nothing spectacular so far, but the thing is that not even the lousiest actors out there want to be in his movie. Thus, Boll has put up an auction on eBay, for "actors" to buy their role. Wait, there's so much more.

Apparently, people hate Uwe Boll so much that not only they don't want to play in his movie, but they don't even want to stand next to him. I found the link to the eBay auction through Destructoid and since I can't read German, I surely noticed a big fat "0" in front of the "were-rolling" sign. I don't know what "were-rolling" means, but I bet you I'll guess out of three tries. This is exactly what the sign says: "Verk?ufer: were-rolling ( 0 )."

If you speak German, please tell me that it doesn't mean that nobody has enrolled for the part in Far Cry: The Movie. But what I've told you so far can't be reason enough for the fact that there isn't a single click on the auction. So what could that reason be? Money, of course. It seems that actors not only have to be at Boll's side throughout the 5 days of the shooting (just 5 days?), but they also have to pay for all their expenses. As for the bidding, it starts at EUR 2.498,00, which is 3,360 in US dollars.

So, first actors... no wait, rotten actors have to pay for the lousy role, then they have to pay for all their expenses during their trip, shooting and trip back home and last but most important, they have to be at Uwe Boll's side, putting up with whatever crap he unfolds during his shooting.

I haven't got anything against the man, but that's what people say - that he sucks. I'm just passing on the information. Why don't you check eBay to see if anything has changed? Please come back if so, or just write your opinions on the matter. Oh and translate "Verk?ufer: were-rolling( 0 )" for me if you speak German, I'm still curious if that means that no one has thought of taking the part.
