Not yet, but sometime in the future, a Symbian Sony Ericsson Cyber-shot mobile phone has high chances of seeing a release. There is no official announcement for that, just information that the producer is looking for experts capable of providing solutions for introducing the best applications coming from this type of operating system on their devices.

Symbian is really taking an appeal on mobile phone producers. With the expansion of Linux, Windows Mobile has been set back by strong competitors. The greatest advantage that these alternative operating systems have to offer is the fact that they offer a large possibility of transforming the personal handset into a customizable device.

It looks like Sony Ericsson has grown fond of this solution too, as they have posed in a Swedish newspaper an ad, asking for Symbian developers to come work for them. The company needs all the help they can get with bringing new solutions in developing innovative solutions to spice up their line of Symbian handsets.

The specialists will work at the company's quarter in Kista, Sweden. It sounds quite unusual for a top mobile phone producer to advert in a newspaper in order to look for developers, but this brings them a high chance of discovering some new developers with fresh and innovative ideas.

"Our goal is to make Sony Ericsson the top player in our business, and the market feedback shows that we are on the right path. Exciting features such as Walkman and Cybershot enable our customers to be productive and entertained when they're on the move", Sony Ericsson builds itself a presentation in the newspaper ad. It further adds all the performances that their devices are capable of providing and ask for help from specialists in order to do this as efficiently as possible.

It is clear that Sony Ericsson is starting work on a special project that deserves attention. There are high chances for it to be a new Cyber-shot, although it will surely take some time until we will actually have the chance of seeing it on the market.
