Superheros ready to take part in the most epic fight ever

Everybody agrees that whenever two supernatural worlds collide, chaos emerges and only one category of people has something to win out of it: gamers. And it seems that we're up for one of the biggest treats in recent times, since the new Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe looks incredibly great at E3 and we're 100% sure that it's going to be one hell of a game!

And it can't be otherwise - just imagine what happens if you take Scorpion, Sub Zero and all the other Mortal Kombat warriors and put them together with the Marvel superheroes like Batman, Superman, Flash and so on! And if you're still not convinced, you should know that Marvel also promises to bring new and exciting combat modes, such as the Freefall Kombat and Klose Kombat (which we have already analyzed), as well as dynamic multi-tiered environments. Also, for the first time in the series, we'll get a really well written single player storyline for all the characters in the game.

In Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe, each of them will, of course, have lots of signature attacks and, even though we basically know what to expect from Liu Kang and the company, we are really excited just by imagining what super-cool attacks the likes of Flash or The Invisible Woman have. Hopefully, it won't be that long until we get to actually test them.

One very interesting thing is revealed by the screenshots, though: the 3D fighting arenas seem to be more than just the "step in/step out" we know from the other MK games. If indeed we get full 3D areas, it means that the gameplay will reach new heights and, probably, will offer us the greatest experience ever. But, since this feature has not been officially announced, consider it nothing but a personal opinion. And don't forget to check out the beautiful screenshots below to see a few of the game characters fighting:
