Capcom's vice president of strategic planning, Christian Svensson, has just revealed a short Q&A session about the company's next big game, Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of the Two Worlds.

The title will continue the popular team-up of Capcom and Marvel characters, and will be released on February 15, next year.

According to Svensson, the game won't see a demo released, so players on the fence about the title will just have to make up their minds before February arrives.

People that are interested in the two characters that will arrive with the Collector's Edition of the game, Jill Valentine and Shuma-Gorath, will be sold as DLC after the game's release, but pricing has yet to be established.

Speaking of unannounced characters, Svensson was quick to stop the rumors that there won't be any big characters left to be revealed, since the official game cover was already presented a few weeks ago, featuring the most important fighters from the two worlds.

"The fact that there are still unrevealed characters has no bearing on the contents of the cover. We couldn't possibly put every character on the cover... there's just too many."

One special character was specifically demanded by players, Frank West from the first Dead Rising game, which was hinted at by a promotional image.

Sadly, Svensson said that fans of the zombie-killing war photographer shouldn't get their hopes too high.

Last but not least, Svensson talked about DLC, and how a concrete strategy isn't set in place.

"Suffice to say, there are differing views on DLC. Everyone needs to decide whether there's value in the offering or not and make your purchasing decisions accordingly. That's true not just of MvC3, but of all games."

"As I've stated in prior interviews, DLC is part of the business model these days given the massive costs of production and can be the difference between a profitable product and an unprofitable product."

So there you have it, there won't be any demo for Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of the Two Worlds, but more characters will be revealed in the future.

Don't expect Frank West to make an appearance though, but he may be offered as DLC after the game's launch.
