Sister says Lily Allen will try again for a baby in 2011 because she wants to be a mother more than anything

In November this year, singer Lily Allen had her second miscarriage, when she was only a few months away from carrying the baby to term. Her sister is now saying that, though still heart-broken, Lily will start trying for another baby next year.

Since the shocking miscarriage, Lily has been keeping a low profile. The other day, she came out for a social event, which marked the first time she’s been seen since the emergency hospitalization.

The Daily Mail spoke to her sister, Sarah, who confirms that the pop star is doing better. She’s determined to be a mom and she’ll start trying again as soon as possible.

Lily wants to be a mother more than she wants to have a lasting music career, and she truly hopes she’ll be pregnant again in 2011, her sister reveals.

“New Year, new start. Losing the baby has totally devastated her, she’s still grieving. I didn’t realize the impact something like this could have on someone, and as a sister it’s been painful to watch,” Sarah tells the British tab.

Lily is not over yet the miscarriage, but she’s learning how to cope with it, mostly thanks to her boyfriend – and the father of the baby she lost – Sam.

“Lily won’t let this stop her, she is absolutely determined to be a mum. This is what she wants more than anything in the whole wide world, more than her singing career. It’s always been her dream,” Sarah explains.

“Lily hasn’t been in a great place, but she’s getting there. It’s been a long, hard road. She is in the country with her boyfriend and doing wholesome things. They’re going to start trying (for a baby) in the New Year,” Allen’s sister adds.

Lily Allen fans must know that she’s always dreamed of becoming a mom some day, especially since she really didn’t make of it a secret – quite on the contrary actually.

Before getting pregnant in 2010, Lily announced she was taking about 5 years off music to start a family and become the homebody she’d always pictured herself she’d be one day.
