Fresh off his amazing success at the 2010 American Music Awards, Justin Bieber is about to add another notch on his belt of accomplishments for the year that it about to end: he’s just been included in the Barbara Walters special “10 Most Fascinating People.”

Each year, the television veteran invites the people whose activity in various areas has been the most impacting on the public for the current year, and thus comes up with a television special that represents the highlight of an excellent year.

In other words, making the cut is no small feat – and Justin has definitely risen up to the challenge.

As AceShowbiz informs, Justin Bieber, officially the Best Male in the industry right now (as per the AMAs), has also been included – as expected.

The teen pop star and Walters have already taped the segment for the television special, with the two sitting down in an empty stadium for it – as promo pics released also reveal.

“Walters announced on Monday, November 22 morning during an episode of ‘The View,’ saying ‘I am in my plug a day...Justin Bieber is one of our 10 most fascinating people of 2010’,” AceShowbiz reports.

Since one of the most fascinating things about The Biebs must be his trademark hairstyle (which prompted the Internet joke that he doesn’t really have a forehead), that too will be discussed in the special.

“Walters further said that Bieber may cut or change the style of his famous hair during the interview,” the e-zine says.

“The 16-year-old is expected to talk about his relationship with mentor Usher, and him being courted by Justin Timberlake to join his record company,” AceShowbiz further reports.

Justin Bieber fans should keep an eye on for the pop star’s segment, which will air on ABC on December 9 at 10 P.M. E.T. Barbara Walters is yet to announce the other 9 names who’ve made the cut on her “10 Most Fascinating” list.
