The new mobile phone was announced quite a while ago, and users in the country can enjoy its capabilities on 3's network. The INQ Chat 3G comes tot the market with a QWERTY keypad for easy typing, while also including built-in Twitter, Facebook, Windows Live Messenger and Skype.
