Last month, Taiwanese mobile phone maker HTC Corporation announced the launch of a new version of its popular HTC Sense solution, one that would be focused on the delivery of an enhanced experience through supporting various services for users, and now the company went live with the special website it put in place for the UI, namely HTCSense.com.

The company announced the new HTC Sense solution officially as being pre-loaded on two new handsets powered by Google's Android operating system, namely the HTC Desire HD and the HTC Desire Z.

It appears that only these two mobile phones enjoy support on the HTCSense.com website, though chances are that more handsets would be added to the list in the near future.

When announcing the solution, HTC said that the new site would enable users to easily manage their experience from their handsets or from the desktop computer.

Those who would own devices fully supported by HTC Sense should enjoy the following features on the portal:

- Download more stuff directly to your phone - Access your phone remotely - Share footprints with your friends on HTC Sense

The company invites other owners of HTC devices to join the portal, for a series of features are available for them as well. Joining the portal would enable them to:

- Register your products with HTC for warranty - Receive the exclusive HTC Sense newsletter with the latest news and offers from HTC - Download ringtones and wallpaper for your phone

Some of the functionalities that HTCSense.com enables include the possibility to find a missing device through setting it to ring loudly, or via marking its position on a map.

Moreover, in case the device was stolen, one should be able to remotely lock the phone, set for calls and texts to be forwarded to another device, or even wipe out all data on the phone from a remote location.

“HTCSense.com makes it easy to setup a new HTC phone or access archived mobile content such as contacts, text messages and call history from a PC browser. People can also customize their phones with exclusive HTC content like wallpapers, HTC scenes, sounds or plug-ins,” the company also announced.
