Last week, Taiwanese mobile phone maker HTC Corporation announced officially the release of a new high-end smartphone boasting a 4.3-inch touchscreen display, the HTC Desire HD. High on the heels of various info on this device, an official video walkthrough was made available for your viewing pleasure.

The new video clip with HTC Desire HD, available embedded at the bottom of this article, is meant to cover many of the specs and features we already knew that were included with the device.

However, unlike other videos with this device, the new one is of higher quality, and those interested in what the HTC Desire HD has to offer will certainly be like watching it.

The said 4.3 inches display boasts a 480 x 800 pixels (WVGA) resolution, and is complemented by a processor clocked in at 1GHz, and by 768 MB of RAM.

The phone's internal memory goes up to 1.5 GB, complemented by a microSD memory card slot (SD 2.0 compatible) for additional storage space.

The 8-megapixel photo snapper on the back of this handset comes with dual LED flash and 720p HD video recording, while offering built-in effects like depth of field, vignette, and more.

The new Desire HD also comes to the market with Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11 b/g/n) connectivity options, as well as with Bluetooth 2.1, 3.5 mm stereo audio jack, support for 3G, and micro-USB (5-pin micro-USB 2.0) slot.

The specifications list of this device also includes built-in GPS receiver, as well as FM Radio, media player with support for various video and audio files, as well as great Internet browsing features.

The handset is powered by a 1230 mAh battery that can offer up to 550 minutes of talk time of up to 420 hours of standby time on GSM (320 minutes / 490 hours on WCDMA).

Moreover, the new mobile phone comes with HTC Sense, which includes fast access to Facebook and Twitter, and enables users share photos/videos on Facebook, Flickr, Twitter, or YouTube.
