Taiwan-based handset vendor HTC Corporation announced during a press event held in London Today the launch of two new mobile phones running under Google's Android operating system, the HTC Desire HD and the HTC Desire Z, and also unveiled to the world a new, enhanced HTC Sense solution.

The Android community out there should already be familiar with what the HTC Sense solution is all about, but it seems that the idea we have on it should change as soon as next month, at least this is what HTC states.

According to the company, the new HTC Sense comes with more than just a simple phone interface, as it would be backed by a series of services the company put in place for its users.

But this is not all, it seems, as a nice range of performance improvements should also be observed by those in the loop, as well as other enhancements more, it seems.

A recent post on BGR states that some of the main new features of HTC Sense would include:

- The boot time of Sense has been cut down to 10 seconds. - DLNA support is built in to allow content streaming to other DLNA devices. - A new incoming call screen slides up from the bottom of the screen instead of taking up the entire screen. - Maps will now cache data to facilitate quicker map rendering. - A digital compass is utilized to allow the map to orient itself to the direction you are heading. - The new Sense focuses on letting you control and interact with your data instead of merely presenting it to you.

Moreover, the solution would be accompanied by a new website set to be launched next month, called HTCSense.com, which would work as the cloud companion for any HTC mobile phone to pack the Sense solution on it.

Through this website users would be able to backup text messages and call logs, along with being able to access them, of course, wipe the device remotely, enable call forwarding, locate the phone, or send map coordinates or trip information.

Of course, this is not the first service of the kind, but, considering the fact that HTC Sense already proved highly successful, one can expect for the new solution to be as popular pretty soon.
