HTC Sensation, the latest flagship Android-based mobile phone that Taiwanese handset vendor HTC Corporation unveiled to the world, is now available for pre-order on the UK market through three more wireless carriers, namely O2, Orange and T-Mobile.

Previously, the handset was put up for reservations at Vodafone, but it seems that users have now more choices at their disposal when it comes to the purchase of this device.

In a recent article, the guys over at Dialtosave note that the mobile phone can be pre-ordered at O2, Orange and T-Mobile starting at £26.81per month (“once cashback for 3 months free line rental is claimed from a 2 year £30.64/month contract”).

For those out of the loop, we should note that Vodafone has already made the device available for reservations on its website for free on contracts starting at £35.00 per month.

The Android-based mobile phone arrives on shelves with a 4.3-inch Super LCD touchscreen display that can deliver a qHD resolution, complemented by a dual-core application processor with each core clocked in at 1.2GHz. The HTC Sensation would run under Google's Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system when released on shelves, with HTC's new Sense UI on top, with a new active lock screen, 3D graphics and deeper Facebook integration.

The mobile phone also includes an 8-megapixel photo snapper with support for 1080p HD video recording, complemented by a front-facing camera for video calling.

The HTC Sensation was also unveiled with 3G connectivity capabilities, as well as with WiFi and Bluetooth, HDMI and DLNA media-sharing, built-in GPS receiver, 3.5mm headphone jack, and more.

The mobile phone comes with 4GB of internal memory, and with a microSD memory card slot with support for up to 32GB more storage space.

For the time being, no specific info on when would the HTC Sensation become available for purchase through O2, Orange and T-Mobile emerged, but we know that Vodafone aims at shipping pre-ordered units by May 19th.
