HTC Sensation, the flagship Android-based mobile phone that Taiwanese mobile phone maker HTC Corporation unveiled to the world in late April, is now available for purchase in the United States with support for AT&T's network as well. The mobile phone was launched not too long ago in the country on T-Mobile's airwaves as the HTC Sensation 4G, as it included support for the carrier's HSPA+ network, and is now present on shelves with support for the other large GSM network in the US as well.

The guys over at Negri Electronics are those who brought the AT&T-compatible HTC Sensation to the United States, with a price tag of $700 attached to it.

Apparently, there are little chances that AT&T could actually have in plan the release of HTC Sensation for its customers, which means that those who would like to purchase the high-end device and use it on its network will have to get it from third-party retailers.

The HTC Sensation was launched on the market with Google's Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system on board, and with support for a wide range of Google Mobile services, including Search, Gmail, Maps, or YouTube.

It also offers fast access to applications available via the Android Market, as well as support for running more than just one piece of software at a time. The handset was packed right from the start with a 1.2GHz dual-core application processor inside, complemented by 768NB of RAM, and support for HSPA+, WiFi, Bluetooth, USB port, 3.5mm headphone jack, and built-in GPS receiver.

The handset also sports a large 4.3-inch touchscreen display that can deliver a qHD resolution, as well as an 8-megapixel photo snapper on the back, with support for recording videos in full HD (1080p).

It also includes 1GB of internal memory, which can be expanded to up to 32GB via microSD memory card slot.

At Negri Electronics, the HTC Sensation with AT&T bands is available with a price tag of $700 attached to it.
