14 DAY TRIAL // A new Android-based mobile phone is now available for purchase on the market in the UK, namely the HTC ChaCha, a Facebook centric phone that landed on shelves at mobile retailer Phones 4u.
The new device, featuring fast access to the said social networking site, was put for sale both online and in selected stores today, after being available for pre-order for a few weeks.
HTC ChaCha comes with a dedicated Facebook button, so that users would be able to benefit from 'one-touch sharing on their mobile.
Through the new device, users would find it easy to share favorite tunes from the built-in music player, as well as photos, location, status update and more, all with the touch of a button.
The features list of the new device would also include its own Facebook Chat widget so that users would be able to group their friends and enjoy live instant chat with any of them. On this mobile phone, Facebook was integrated with the calendar and address book as well.

The specifications list of the new device would include an 800MHz processor, a 2.6 inch 480 x 320 pixel resolution touchscreen, and a full QWERTY keyboard with dedicated Facebook key.
Moreover, the new device would come with a 5-megapixel photo snapper with auto focus and LED flash, as well as with a VGA front-facing camera for video calling.
It also sports 512 MB of internal memory, microSD memory card slot, Wi-Fi, 3G, Bluetooth and GPS connectivity, or built in-music player, along with a battery that can deliver up to 450 minutes of talk time.
HTC ChaCha is available at Phones 4u for free on monthly contracts that start at only £20 per month. Pay As You Go users would be able to purchase it for £299.95. It can be seen on the retailer's website here.
