HTC's Facebook phones, the HTC ChaCha and HTC Salsa, which were unveiled to the world in February during the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain, are expected to become available for purchase in the UK as soon as June 26 is here.

The company did not announce an official release date for any of the two handsets, but Amazon UK has just listed them on its website with the said release date attached, and with pre-order availability already in place.

Any UK users who might consider the HTC ChaCha and Salsa as being suited devices for them can now head to the retailer's website and reserve a unit for when they would be released in late June.

Both handsets are listed as available SIM free. The HTC ChaCha is listed at £249.99, while the HTC Salsa would arrive in users' hands for £319.99.

As stated above, HTC hasn't confirmed the release date as of now, and Amazon themselves note on their website that the release date might change.

Boasting a 2.6-inch touch screen with 480 x 320 resolution and Google's Android operating system with the HTC Sense UI on top, the HTC ChaCha comes in a touch&type design, featuring a QWERTY keyboard in a candybar form factor.

The handset offers fast access to Facebook (it even has a dedicated Facebook button), with the possibility to easily share photos, videos, and more with friends over the social networking site, as well as with support for other mobile services, and for a great deal of applications.

The HTC Salsa comes with a larger, 3.4-inch touchscreen display that can boast a 480 x 320 pixels resolution, along with a 5 megapixel color photo snapper with auto focus, flash and HD video recording capabilities.

Moreover, it arrives on shelves with a series of Facebook widgets on board, and with messages, emails and the like organized by people.

HTC ChaCha can be seen at Amazon UK here, while the HTC Salsa is listed here.
