Gwyneth Paltrow is in top shape, with a figure that most women would kill for. She has her personal trainer, Tracy Anderson, to thank for it, the same woman who also helped Madonna get her killer bod. In the latest issue of Vogue magazine, Gwyneth reveals her secret diet and workout plan, and how she discovered she could eat whatever she wanted as long as she worked out, as the Telegraph can confirm.

Though she has quite a reputation of being somewhat of an organic food fanatic – even having her own website where she offers recipes for her fans – and despite being a professed detox aficionado, Gwyneth says her vocabulary doesn’t include the word “diet.” She rarely, if ever, abstains from food because she’s learned that she can eat whatever she fancies as long as she keeps working out.

This is not to say that she got here just like that, though. “Oh, I had to work hard to get it like this, but now I’m here it’s so great because I don’t have to think about it. I can just enjoy life. What a relief is that. I can eat what I want, as long as I exercise, which is just as well, because if I put the word ‘diet’ into my brain, I immediately gain a stone,” the actress says for Vogue, the fashion bible, as cited by the British magazine.

As for how Tracy Anderson, the trainer who made all this possible for her, is no longer working with Madonna, Gwyneth says it’s probably for the best that it happened. “Yeah, it’s good that she doesn’t train Madonna any more. It was too much. She keeps people waiting – it takes up your whole day,” she explains. Personally, she will continue to work with Anderson, the two even partnering up to open a few gyms that will allow women across the US the chance to achieve their dreamed Hollywood body.

Madonna, on the other hand, parted ways with Anderson on a somewhat bad note, amidst claims of financial disputes and issues of confidence. In the end, though, it seems the separation was for the best, as Anderson went on into business with Paltrow.
