The upgrade is due for release this Friday

Google has brought “Voice Search,” which is the upgrade to the iPhone search application, and is designed to do everything that other such services offer, and a bit more on the side.

The process starts with the users placing the phone to the mouth or the ear, and asking for the necessary information. The question is then analyzed by Google's servers and the reply comes written on the screen. If you choose written questions, know that they are also accepted and, should you need this option, the Goog411 service gives voice answers as well.

Even though it is already very precise, "Voice Search" is meant to evolve in time, as it will remember large amounts of the information researched, while also creating connections between some of questions or replies received, thus making itself more efficient with longer usage. The huge data base that Google has will probably influence users to opt for this service in particular, for it kind of outmatches all other similar, existing ones.

You can learn how to use this application by searching for places you need to go, for example, and you will receive the closest such location to you. Almost any type of answers is available, and the answers delivered are fast and accurate.

The only downside for this service, as argued by some, is that it does not allow you to use this search for your own contact list or any such information contained on your mobile. In time, this could become pretty annoying, but if we actually think about it, it is not why the application was created in the first place.

As mentioned earlier, this new iPhone application should be available later this week. For more details, check out the movie below.
