Although I have to admit that I am not a huge fan of this whole 3D business, it seems that consumer electronics manufacturers don't agree with me since they keep launching more and more 3D enabled devices, Christie just announcing a new range of 3-chip DLP projectors compatible with today's 3D standards.

Available in no less than six different models, these projectors feature a new dual-input image processor that allows for a wide range of input options, including HDMI v1.4a, thus becoming compatible with Blu-ray 3D players, gaming consoles as well as other 3D enabled devices.

Furthermore, these projectors support a wide range of image aspect ratios and resolutions such as SXGA+ (4:3), HD (16:9) and WUXGA (16:10), making them suitable for almost any application that comes to your mind.

The six new models are dubbed DS+6K-M, DS+10K-M, HD6K-M, HD10K-M, WU7K-M and the WU12K-M, this last one coming as the most feature rich solution in Christie's new arsenal thanks to its impressive 10,500 ANSI lumens brightness, 10000:1 contrast ratio and WXGA and WUXGA resolution support.

“Christie had the vision to develop the world’s first 3-chip DLP 3D projector a decade ago, and we were the first to market with a DLP Cinema projector, ushering in a new era of excitement for moviegoers with the magic of 3D,” notes George Tsintzouras, senior director, product management for Business Products at Christie.

“As the popularity for 3D continues to grow, we’re carrying on our tradition of technological innovation to offer a wide spectrum of compelling 3D products to more markets, including corporate boardrooms and conference rooms, education, large events, rental/staging and more.”

As far as pricing goes, Christie has not made any infos available, but I don't expect these to be cheap as 3D projectors rarely are, especially when we talk about top of the line offerings as those brought to market by Christie.
