Canadian carrier Mobilicity has just added the BlackBerry Curve 9380 to its portfolio. The smartphone is available for purchase beginning today, for only $299.99 (220 EUR) outright.

 

In addition, Mobilicity offers a 50% discount from its regular monthly rate plans, $10 data and $5 BlackBerry Internet Service add-ons for up to one year.

 

It looks like Mobilicity, once again, offers the best no term price for a BlackBerry device, as other carriers, such as TELUS and Bell, sell the Curve for $370 (275 EUR) and $375 (278 EUR), respectively.

 

Shortly after introducing the BalckBerry Torch 9810 slider, Mobilicity added the Curve 9380 smartphone to give its customers the possibility to choose from a wider range of devices.

 

The BlackBerry Curve 9380 is the cheaper version of the Torch 9860 and the first all-touch smartphone in the Curve family.

 

One of the latest BlackBerry 7 smartphones, the Curve 9380 delivers one of the best mobile communications experience with powerful social functions and compact design.

 

In this regard, the Curve 9380 comes pre-loaded with the latest version of Social Feeds application that allows users to post updates to more social apps at the same time.

 

In addition, the smartphone offer deep social networking integration via Facebook for BlackBerry and Twitter applications.

 

There’s also a premium version of Documents To Go, which is offered for free, a native PDF document viewer, a security application (BlackBerry Protect) and BlackBerry Balance for advanced security and IT controls.

 

Specs-wise, the Curve 9380 is a low- to mid-budget smartphone which features a 3.2-inch capacitive touchscreen that boasts a 360 x 480 resolution, as well as NFC support.

 

On the inside, the phone is equipped with an 800 MHz processor and packs 512 MB onboard memory, 512 MB of RAM and microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB).

 

BlackBerry Curve 9380 also sports a 5-megapixel camera with autofocus, LED flash and VGA video recording capabilities.
