Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson are back on set, for “Breaking Dawn”

In September this year, screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg promised to all “Twilight” fans that “Breaking Dawn” would stay true to the source material and include the full birth scene. That, it does.

Just recently, E! Online chatted with Jackson Rathbone and Nikki Reed and learned that, indeed, Rosenberg’s promise was not in vain, since “Breaking Dawn” will include the full birth scene.

The question on everyone’s lips – as well as a potential problem for the producers and director – is how the scene will be shown on film, for two reasons. [*spoilers ahead*]

One would be the way in which Edward brings Renesmee into the world, by biting into Bella’s abdomen to prevent the child from killing her by tearing her belly apart.

The other would be what follows next in the book, a very important chunk that describes what Bella is feeling as she’s dying her mortal death and being born as a vampire.

As far as the former goes, fans needn’t worry, Rathbone says: Rosenberg has already written that scene and, the actor promises, it will not disappoint the fans.

“I think people are really, really excited and surprised about how tastefully it can be done,” the actor explains. Apparently, the impossible can be achieved – and the scene won’t turn out gross, but intense.

“It’s intense. It’s really intense,” co-star Nikki Reed adds. “I play a pivotal role in this, because this is what Rosalie has always wanted, you know what I mean?” she says.

“So, I’m working really hard. I’m with my acting coach every day, three hours a day... I really care about this and I want it to be good,” Reed states.

In the same interview, the two actors also say that they can barely think about what will happen when the fifth “Twilight” film, “Breaking Dawn Part II,” wraps up production.

However, they still have a long way to go until then – and, if reports are accurate, “Twilight” might not even end with “Breaking Dawn,” since Summit is also considering turning the “Bree Tanner” novella into a film.

In the meantime though, fans should be happy to hear that the cast has just reassembled to start working on the first “Breaking Dawn” film. The first pictures are here.
