Announced earlier this week, Sprint's Samsung Replenish received numerous positive reviews, though it cannot be considered a high-end smartphone.

Samsung Replenish is the fourth eco-friendly mobile phone launched by Sprint and the first to be powered by Google's Android mobile platform.

To make it more appealing, Sprint announced that it made available a full line of complementary eco-friendly accessories that fit perfectly with the phone.

The carrier is now offering an optional solar-charging battery cover, which is available exclusively for Samsung Replenish for $29.99 (plus tax).

The battery cover acts as a solar panel that directly charges the standard battery once installed on the phone.

According to the manufacturer, it takes about one hour of exposure to direct sunlight to provide up to 20 minutes of talk time.

In addition, Sprint also offers the SOLIO Mono Hybrid Charger, an eco-friendly solar-powered charger that can store power from the sun or an electrical socket to recharge a mobile phone while on the go.

The SOLIO charger can be purchased for $59.99 (plus tax) and includes a large internal Lithium-ion battery that can be recharged via included USB cable, AC travel charger or solar energy.

Besides the two eco-friendly chargers, Sprint offers a wide range of cases, skins and gels to protect Samsung Replenish.

The ECOClear protective cover that is made out of wood pulp can be purchased for $19.99 (plus tax).

It includes front and back plastic covers with openings to allow easy access to the camera, speaker and charging port.

The Protective Wrap for Samsung Replenish is made of impact resistant silicone and plastic that surrounds all edges and corners to provide easy access to all of the devices’ ports and functions.

This one can be bought for $19.99 (plus tax) and fits Samsung Replenish with or without the solar door charger.
