Following news of a recent interview with Kai Huang from RedOctane who revealed that the Wii version of Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock will not feature online features at start, Pro-G had a little chat with RedOctane officials who confirmed that there will actually be online gameplay for GH III at launch. However, Downloadable content will not be available for the Wii version of the game at launch.

"There will, in fact, be Online gameplay for the Wii when Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock launches in late October," said RedOctane's Jordan Dodge, according to the upper mentioned website. "However, there will not be Downloadable content available on the Wii at launch. That, we are still working with Nintendo on."
