Today, wireless carrier AT&T announced that it plans on launching new GoPhone prepaid calling options for its customers as soon as October 3 arrives. One of the options the company has put in place for its users is the Unlimited Daily Talk and Text plan that offers them the possibility to enjoy unlimited calling and texting while paying only when using their phone.

“The Unlimited Daily Talk and Text plan allows AT&T GoPhone customers to enjoy the flexibility of unlimited calling and texting with the two dollar rate plan charge only applying on days when they make or receive voice calls, use IM or send a text, picture or video message,” AT&T states.

According to the wireless carrier, users would have to possibility to enjoy unlimited texting while having to pay only on those days when they actually use the plan, so that they can benefit from even more convenience and affordability than before.

In case there are GoPhone customers interested in paying for the service on a monthly basis, they can get unlimited calls and texts for only $60 a month when choosing the carrier's Unlimited Talk & Text plan.

Mobile Internet is also available for GoPhone customers, via the Unlimited Talk and Text plus 200 MB data plan, which is available for $75 a month, AT&T announced.

Through a new Simple Rate plan, customers are offered the possibility to pay by the minute, while enjoying a lower rate of $0.10 per minute.

The carrier's GoPhone unlimited plans come with nationwide calling and texting, to which AT&T added texting to Mexico, Canada and to over 100 other countries all around the world.

On top of that, AT&T GoPhone customers have at their disposal a wide range of handsets to choose from, including some with full keyboard or with touch screens. These handsets can be purchased from the carrier's stores, or from authorized retailers.

“Prepaid customers now have the flexibility to pay only on days used for unlimited talk & text without the commitment of an annual contract,” said Judy Cavalieri, vice president of Prepaid Products for AT&T Mobility and Consumer Markets.

“Customers can have the unlimited talk and text plan for just two dollars per day that is only charged on the days they use their phone –all of that on the AT&T network they can trust.”
