Wireless carrier AT&T is one of the United States operators to get the newly launched Galaxy Tab Android-based tablet from Samsung on its airwaves, and it seems that the company already started to get ready for the launch.

On top of these details, info on a la cart data pricing also emerged, though it seems that things are not carved in stone for the time being, at least not in this area.

Starting with the launch preparations, we should note that they involve training of employees on the upcoming Galaxy Tab Android-based Tablet PC, at least this is what a recent post on Android Guys reads.

Moreover, it appears that the wireless carrier plans on being the first in the United States market to announce pricing and availability for the new slate.

Of course, no specific info on when would Samsung Galaxy Tab arrive at AT&T emerged, but it might not be too long before the first details on this are made available.

In the meantime, we should take a look at what supposedly would be the a la cart data pricing the company has in store for the slate, which does not look that appealing, one should agree.

Here's what AT&T might put in place for users:

$15/100mb for 1 day $30/300mb for 7 days $50/1gb for 30 days

There are great chances that the final pricing would be greatly different from what we see here, so we'll take the leak with a grain of salt for the time being.

The Galaxy Tab might also come accompanied by contract agreement options at AT&T, as well as at the rest of the US wireless carriers that would bring it to their users, including Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon.

Since all four of them are on the same boat, they will certainly try to lure as many customers as possible on their side, so they will come up with some competitive pricing for that. Keep an eye on this space for more.
