Now new features for the Wii version of the game? How is that possible?

Capcom has recently gone public announcing that their upcoming animated adventure title, 'Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law,' previously confirmed solely for Sony platforms PS2 and PSP, now has a green light for Nintendo's Wii as well. However, the official report doesn't say much about extra features as far as the Wii port is concerned.

The piece does say that the Wii version of Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law will retail for around $39.99, while the PS2 and PSP versions of the game will set gamers back some $29.99. Just so we can clear out one very important aspect, Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law launches for all three platforms on November 13th. Still, how is it possible for a Wii port not to feature some extras?- it's practically what the Wii does since it was launched in 2006.

Now, let's see some facts about the game, shall we? First of all, owners of any of the three platforms mentioned above should know that Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law is a fully animated adventure game combining the popular Adult Swim TV show with Capcom's talent for developing games that grab you right from the start. Players will become Harvey Birdman, a third-rate superhero turned third-rate defense attorney charged with exonerating parodied classic cartoon characters.

As the game's official description goes, over the course of the game, players must guide Harvey through a series of odd and comical cases. Each of the game's five interactive stories takes the winged crusader of justice to familiar locations from the TV show. In order to prove his client's innocence, Harvey must peruse the scene of the crime, gather evidence, talk with other cartoon characters, occasionally have drinks with opposing council, and of course, tear holes - no matter how ridiculous - in the testimony provided by the witness for the prosecution.

So basically, you'll have to be able to pull your act together and convince the jury of your client's innocence.

"Combining Capcom's adventure game expertise with Adult Swim's Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law characters is an ideal match," said Jack Symon, director, marketing, Capcom Entertainment, at the time they'd announced the game for the PS2 and PSP. "Capcom will be providing the game design direction while Harvey Birdman show writers will be assisting in bringing the stories to life with their unique brand of humor."

Keep in mind that Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law launches September 13, this year for the PS2, PSP and Wii. Stay close for future updates on what the Wii version adds.
