It is an entry-level device

Another new handset to come from Korean mobile phone maker Samsung is the M2510, which is an entry-level device featuring a sliding form factor. Undoubtedly, when placed side by side with the newly unveiled touchscreen lineup from the company, this handset won't look as impressive, but we should mention it nevertheless.

Besides being a slider, the new Samsung M2510 is also a music-oriented mobile phone, and it might prove a great option for users on a budget who would still like to enjoy all the features that a music phone has to offer.

The new handset from Samsung comes with music-dedicated keys that might be seen as rather interesting, while also featuring a small alphanumeric keypad coupled with a 2-inch QVGA LCD screen. Being a music device, the new M2510 also sports an MP3 player, as well as FM Radio.

The specifications that are currently available on the new mobile phone also show it as including Bluetooth 2.0 connectivity, as well as USB 2.0 capabilities. In addition, Samsung also packed the device with a VGA photo snapper, which, although not too capable, should do enough for an entry-level device like M2510.

Even if the functionality the handset has to offer is not an extended one, we should admit that the new Samsung M2510 has rather nice looks, and this feature should help it see some traction among users.

Although there are no details on the price tag that the new Samsung M2510 slider will feature, one can easily figure that it won't be an expensive device after all. For the time being, no info on the time frame in which the handset should reach the market, nor on the targeted areas, is available either. Hopefully, we'll be able to learn more in the near future, so stay tuned.
