Xiaomi Redmi 4 has recently been spotted on Geekbench, and the listing has revealed some of its specs, together with the device's estimated release date, which could be August 25. In addition, specifications for Mi Note 2 have also leaked.

The Geekbench listing for Redmi 4 reveals some specs for the upcoming smartphone, mainly that it will run Snapdragon 625 and have an octa-core CPU combined with Adreno 506 graphics processing unit.

Redmi 4 could also draw power from a 4,100mAh battery with Quick Charge and come with an all-metal body. The phone could have a 5-inch LCD display with a 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution.

The device could also come with 3GB of RAM, and it could run Android Marshmallow 6.0.1. Its predecessor, the Redmi 3, was released earlier this year, but it had some low-end specs, and Redmi 4 seems to step up the game with its mid-range features. According to Xiaomi Today, Redmi 4 could be unveiled on August 25, and its price is rumored to reach $105.

Xiaomi could release the Mi Note 2 on August 25

Specs of Mi Note 2 have also surfaced online, indicating that the smartphone could pack the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 chipset and 4GB of RAM. In addition, it could have 64GB of internal storage and draw power from a 3,600mAh battery with Quick Charge. It is believed that Mi Note 2 will sport a 5.7-inch IPS LCD display with a 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution.

The company might release a second variant with increased internal storage and RAM capacity of 6GB and 128GB memory. The smartphone could also come with an all-metal build, and its price tag could reach $375 for the 4GB variant and $405 for the 6GB model, which is quite a bargain for what you're getting.

Xiaomi debuted the Redmi Pro with dual camera and 4,050mAh battery just a couple of weeks ago, and it seems that the company is already preparing for another major launch.
