It looks like Microsoft has started the rollout of Windows 10 Mobile build 10586.63 ahead of January 12, the rumored release date for this particular update.

We reported to you earlier today that Windows 10 Mobile build 10586.63 could be the upgrade version for Windows Phone devices.

The unannounced build should have been released on Tuesday, January 12, the same day that Microsoft is rumored to start the global rollout of Windows 10 Mobile for Windows Phone 8.1 devices.

A major release of this build is still possible on January 12 since not all Windows Insiders seem to be getting this Windows 10 Mobile update.

According to WindowsCentral, build 10586.63 is now available for Microsoft Lumia 950 XL, but it hasn't arrived yet on the AT&T Lumia 950.

Microsoft usually announces on its official blog when a new Windows 10 Mobile build is available for download. It also publishes the changelog for the new build and what the known issues still left to be addressed in future updates are.

Microsoft has yet to confirm the update

This time, the Redmond-based company is mum on this build 10586.63, which makes us believe that the update is only available for a limited number of users.

There's a high chance that this is just a soft launch for Windows 10 Mobile build 10586.63, ahead of its global release that's possibly set for January 12.

Since Microsoft hasn't released anything official about build 10586.63, we can't talk about any changes included in the update.

If the company doesn't release any official statement on this build in the next couple of days, we will most likely get one on Tuesday, January 12, so stay tuned for more on this one.
