Previously rumored to be added to the PlayStation Plus catalog, Uncharted 4: A Thief's End is the conclusion to Nathan Drake's saga. The most recent game in the series, Uncharted: The Lost Legacy features two different protagonists and is meant to offer closure to those who can't live without their favorite games.

Uncharted 4: A Thief's End, one of the best games of the Uncharted series, made its debut four years ago. The story takes place several years after Nathan Drake retired from his hazardous job of a fortune hunter. It's the last opportunity for fans of the franchise to take a trip down memory lane and see the world through Nathan's eyes.

That's not to say that you'll need quick wits, and reflexes we might add, fast fists and inventive use of weaponry to prevail. But when your loved ones are in danger, everything is on the table, including the ultimate sacrifice. Although chances are that fans of the series might have already played the game, there might be some who couldn't find the time. We don't recommend those who've never played an Uncharted game to start with this one though.

But there's more good news concerning PlayStation Plus games for April. Sony revealed that Dirt Rally 2.0 will join Naughty Dog's Uncharted 4: A Thief's End on the list of free games available this month.

Developed by Codemasters, Dirt Rally 2.0 offers the best rally experience one could get in a video game. It features a selection of iconic rally tracks from across the globe, challenging courses, a solid weather system, in-depth car customization and much more.

PlayStation Plus members will be able to download Uncharted 4: A Thief's End and Dirt Rally 2.0 for free from April 7 until May 4. Current PS Plus free games, Shadow of the Colossus and Sonic Forces are still available to download until April 6.
