After FIFA20, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is the next big title coming from Electronic Arts. Well, the game is developed by Respawn Entertainment, the same studio that brought us Titanfall, but the company is owned by EA since 2017.

Since the first footage showing Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order gameplay, it was clear that this won't be a dark take on the series, probably due to Walt Disney which has a more strict policy on its franchises.

The latest story trailer confirms that this is a rather light take on the Star Wars universe, and it's not just the lack of blood in the game, but also the characters look very much like those from the animated series. Regardless, Fallen Order shapes up to be a much better game than the last Star Wars game published by EA, Star Wars: Battlefront II.

After offering an extensive gameplay look at Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order a few months ago at EA Play 2019, EA teases us bits of the game's story. Dubbed “Cal's Mission,” the latest story trailer shows a couple of intense combat scenes where Cal is fighting some big monsters.

The trailer starts with Cal, the game's protagonist, escaping from Second Sister, one of the Imperial Inquisitors, who has only one mission: seek out and destroy all remnants of the Jedi Order. Cere Junda, a Jedi Knight in hiding, saves Cal from certain death and then accompanies him on his journey.

There's not much info regarding Cal's mission, except for the fact that he's searching for “something very precious to the Empire,” and, as you can imagine, that's very dangerous. That's enough info to make us want to learn what's happening with Cal, so we can't wait for November.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is scheduled for release on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on November 15.
