14 DAY TRIAL // As the release date is rapidly approaching, new information and images of the upcoming smartphone continue to surface, and now it seems that the handset will be available in six variants, each with different RAM and internal storage. The device has also visited Geekbench, and new images depicting it have leaked online.
First things first, OnePlus 3 was benchmarked over at Geekbench, where it received a single-core score of 2394 and a multi-core result of 5635, according to Telefoonabonnement.nl. The phone carried the model number A3003, and the 6GB of RAM variant was tested. Also worth mentioning is that the model had a Snapdragon 820 SoC, carried a quad-core CPU, and ran Android Marshmallow 6.0.1.
Phandroid has also reported that they spotted an Oppomart listing with six variants of the upcoming OnePlus 3. It seems that the difference between the six models is mainly RAM and internal storage capacity. Three models will come with 4GB of RAM, providing users with 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB of internal storage respectively.
The other three variants will have 6GB of RAM and 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB of internal storage. The post also reveals that one of the models will cost $369 (€325), but it doesn’t specify which one.
Images of the OnePlus 3 also leak online
Images of the upcoming OnePlus 3 were leaked online by @the_malignant, and the smartphone appears to have a slightly different design compared to the OnePlus 3 seen in the TENAA listing last month.
Still, the OnePlus 3 is expected to come with a 5.5-inch display and a 1080 x 1920 FHD pixel resolution. The rear camera is expected to have 16MP, with 8MP on the front. The handset should also have a 3,000mAh battery.
Nevertheless, OnePlus 3 will be unveiled on June 15 and go on sale the very next day in China. However, fans who wish to get their hands on the smartphone earlier can head over to the OnePlus 3 website tomorrow.
